Fat RnB fans can improve their health without dieting by simply eating more healthy food and doing a bit of exercise.
Tai Chi, circuit training and yoga would all help to increase a person’s fitness and help them lead a healthier lifestyle.
"People of all sizes and shapes can reduce their risk of poor health by adopting a healthier lifestyle," said Dr Erika Borkoles, of Leeds Metropolitan University in England.
The news followed the attempts by
Beyonce to shift many of her excess pounds by eating a strange diet based on honey.
"Psychological and physical health improved independent of substantial weight loss," said Borkoles.
"Weight is a poor predictor of health."
